Title: Tech support ignored my requests

Good evening

I bought Jupiter 8-V box with promotion voucher in official distributer in Russia "ART Tecnology" 03.11.2011. In the evening I tried to activate two products but I received 2 equal problems.
All 2 licence numbers have already registered in your database.

In justice the first problem with voucher you solved rather quickly. Thank you. But then silence. What about the 2nd problem?
You said neither YES neigher NO. Silence. What prevents to finish to your work? You promissed to complete your work for about 48 hours.

I sent copy of invoice and receipt, copy of contents, copy of small card with licence number, screenshots with activation steps to you.
What else must I do?

I spent my money and I can't use what I bought.  :o It's impossible even in Russia......... where bears are going for a walk :)
I often buy products in internet but it's my 1st situation.

I saw many famouse musicians on your WEB page who promote your products especially my favourite musician Jorn Payne from ASIA.
I hope very much that Arturia hold dear your reputation. But it doesn't do it better.

My case numbers are 101049 and 101050.

It's OK. Thank you for your help.

I'm not professional musician. Music is my hobby. But I'm a professional Oracle database developer in a cellular telecommunication company. If i find smth in our billing system for about a week I will be fired.  :)
