I bought a spark near mint in the box w all original documents and id/reg card codes.
The person i bought it from has already registered it, so i can not.
He is not responding to my emails and now i'm stuck with a $500 spark stuck in demo mode.
Arturia is not responding to my emails...............
please help........................

I could not trace any inquiry at the Technical Support desk. Where did you write exactly?
Anyway, the previous user should have deleted his registration.
If not, two options:
1. connect to your account, click "Authorization troubleshooting", then "Activation Support Request", fill the form and we'll process it asap.
2. send me a *private* message with your serial and unlock couple, I will check this in our database and get back to you asap.
