Title: Sometimes Spark.vst looses sync to host seq
Post by: guardner on July 13, 2011, 06:30:40 pm
Sometimes Spark.vst looses sync to host seq, that means, if i press play, everything is working as expected. Stop/play/stop/play.... the seq.
THEN spark (i play (with notes) triggered patterns of spark!) isn't in sync with the rest...
i have to stop and reset the timeline to ZERO then spark is in sync again!

i know this phenomenon from analogue drummachines and midi, but SPARK is a software plugin...
Isn't this a more precise sync then via midi???

edit.
ah, and btw. if i use multiple instances of SPARK in one track, sometimes only one instance is out of sync, the other one sounds as expected.

Hi,

Thanks for your reports.
Is this happening also when you have one instance of Spark?
Are you able to reproduce the issue with determined steps? If you are, please could you detail them?

Best,
Emilie

Only one instance. Usually when start play in middle of track or after move playing position forward.

Cubase 6 Mac
