Title: Arturia "The Factory", successful registration but.. no activation code.

Hi,

I bought an Arturia Factory a few days ago, but I still can't use the software.. don't understand why, the confirmation e-mail don't have an activation code for the eLicenser. I read some notes of how to do the registration but I can't find anything wrong on my steps.
