Title: Reselling an Arturia product? -Urgent

Dear Sir,

Am I allowed to keep the midi-keyboard of AE The Laboratory and sell the software (not registered yet), or vice versa? Is it legal?
What if I register the software?
And what if I buy a Factory version over The Laboratory just for the midi-keyboard? I will then have 2 software packages, one totally useless for me. Is it possible to purchase only the keyboard but not the software?

I said "urgent" because I will register my product(s) or not depending on the answer(s).
Just for the record, I had sent a message (similar issue) to Arturia web site (through Company-contact menus), and after days of waiting, still no answer.
A bit disappointing.
