Title: No confirmation e-mail on tech support tickets [Solved]

I have submitted two tech support tickets and not received any answers nor any confirmation in my e-mail as it states I should.

As synergy543 edited the post as [SOLVED], I took the opportunity to remove his email addresses to avoid massive spam in his mailboxes.
The evil bots are everywhere...
