Title: Possible to use it with other softwares ?
Post by: Jessycd on April 16, 2011, 10:07:50 pm
Hello !

I'm very interested in the Laboratory, but I wonder if it's possible to use it with other softwares ? I got some Native Instruments synths for example. Or IK Multimedia's too.

And I'm on iMac with Logic.

So someone tried it ? How it works ? Any compatibility problem ?

Maybe we can use it with plug-ins (Audio Units) such as EQs or compressors... ?

Thank you ;)

A little more information:
The Laboratory keyboard has 11 internal setup memories (00 is the default setup for Analog Laboratory software
Memories 01 -10 can be edited either on the keyboard itself or using the MIDI Control Center (see screenshot at http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/products/ALE/details.html ) which also allows storing more setups on the computer, to control other software/hardware via USB and MIDI.
All the buttons, knobs, sliders and pads can be re-assigned in various modes.
It is very flexible.
