Title: Registration Nightmares

Hello,

 I recently bought the Arturia V Collection and I am having the most horrid time trying to get the updates from Arturia...basically all the V2s are failing with an error:

eLicenser Control - Error

when I try to register online to get some tech support assistance I get this error instead:

This license number (****************) is already recorded in our database.

If you think this message is an error, please refer to our technical support team.

Please Help!!!!!!!!!! :(

Using latest MacOs, latest elicenser and Logic Express 9

In your Arturia Account, click the "Authorization Troubleshooting" button, then at the bootm of the page the "Activation Support Request", this will lead you to a simplified form where you will paste your synths serial numbers.
We'll then fix it all shortly.
