Title: TECH SUPPORT: a new buddy in the place

Hi everyone,

Let me introduce Denis, which will strengthen the Technical Support desk for the next months, as well as monitor this forum.
He is a gentle guy, used to computer-aided production, and aiming to assist our users base with technical issues being related to installation, registration, authorization or even utilization.

Thanks to be kind with him, especially during the very next weeks: I will be away from the Tech Support desk for medical reasons (one shoulder shall be replaced with a bionic spare part (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Six_Million_Dollar_Man)), but I will try to regularly keep an eye on this place.  ;)
