Title: URGENT: Re-activation Antoine, please help!!!

Antoine,

I have submitted two tickets (Case 84120 & 84121) on Monday, February 22 with the following problem:

Please issue new Activation Code right now !!! Due to virus, I had to replace my hard drive. I have a project to finish, and I can not activate re-installed Analog factory.

I have not heard from anyone yet ....

Please send me new activation code, so I can activate AF on the new harddrive, and finish my project.

haha! welcome to the club.

i really dont get why it should take so long. is there only one guy sorting this stuff out for the whole of the arturia company? their products are amazing but it kinda sucks when you cant use them.

i had to system restore cuz of a virus and with it went the licence again so this time round im seriously hoping i can get it on an i-lok or something...if they ever get back to me with a new activation code

I processed George's case, but could not find any trace of Cenobite's one.
Please mail me your case number through private message.

PS: Cenobite ? the pinhead dude from the Hellraiser cycle? No, I did not touch this cube, I promise...  :-\
