Title: dongle

hi,i have sold my analog factory 2,long with the dongle.
but i just realised i had moved the license onto my cubase 5 dongle.
i cant remove the license from it as the little icon(remove license) does not appear.
can smeone give me some help as how to remove the license,as the new owner cant register.

Don't "remove", but rather "transfer (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/kb/?View=entry&EntryID=103)" your license on next user's dongle.
Registration is a different process: connect under your account (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/community/my-account.html), then in the "My registered Products" section just delete the adequate serial number.

hi thanks for reply.
i have already sent the new user the dongle in the box,i forgot that i had the license on a different dongle.
what can i do to sort this out?please

Well, I presume you should gather both dongles and transfer appropriate license on adequate dongle.

If the issue is much more complicated than that, send us a Tech Support inquiry.

thats ok,thought maybe some way of doin it without having to get the new owner to post me back the dongle.

how do i tranfer the license from my dongle over to this dongle?

1. Plug both dongles to your computer
2. Launch the eLicenser Control Center
3. Click on the source dongle
4. Drag-and-drop the license on the destination dongle
5. After a short while synchronizing with the Steiberg servers, the license will be stored on the correct dongle.
