Title: Play from QWERTY keyboard
Post by: drogoff on February 27, 2004, 10:01:22 pm
It would be great if all the Arturia programs (Modular, CS80, Mini) would play from the PC keyboard, for those of us trying it on a PC that's not MIDIed to a keyboard.  I've seen many other music programs that do this.  Something like A - L are the white keys, and W-O are the black keys.

Can this be added easily?  Would others find this useful?

Thanks,

 David

If you install midi yoke there is a program from analog x called virtual piano, it will do just that. Midi Yoke installs like a hardware device (it's a virtual midi interface), and you select it in your midi ins in your sequencer of choice. Works well, and it's all free.

Hello

Ca m'interesse mais je ne vois pas du tout comment ça fonctionne avec Mini Mg (j'ai la démo) ?

Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'expliquer ? D'avance merci.

would somebody please explain in further detail how to do this? I tried downloading and installing audiox's virtual piano but I'm not getting anywhere with this, I must be missing something.

thanks!
