Post by: royorb1 on January 15, 2010, 04:53:14 pm
Hello, just wondering if the Analog Factory Keyboard will work as a good keyboard for Origin?  thanks

Hi Roy,

I'm also using the Factory Keyboard on my Origin.

The keyboard is fine, but feels a little 'plastic cheap' comparing to a real piano keyboard. The white keys are responding fast, the black keys are slower and you have to push them harder.

Some basic funtionality is working (volume, attack, decay, filter, ...) some other buttoms do not give any respons.

Regards,

Raoul.

Thanks Raoul,  That's exactly what I wanted to know.  I have Analog Factory Experience and really want Origin.  I am also interested in the new Analog Factory Experience Laboratory.  Maybe there will be some more functionality with that keyboard.  It looks like there are some improved specs with that keyboard over the original keyboard.

That's the keyboard I use to do all my development and test on Origin.

The 49 Keys should be a good choice.
