Why do people have to wait so long for help? Why does it say I need a new activation code when I don't? Why do I have to wait far longer than the 48 hours promise? Why is the help team reduced for a whole month? What if I am in an expensive studio, losing money while waiting? Why have I never had a problem with Native Instruments but so many with Arturia? Why do I keep getting error messages, blank screens, grey screens, crashes, losing hours of work? >:(

Did you update all your synths to their latest versions (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/downloads/updates.html)?
Did you apply the Pro-Tools compatibility fix (ftp://ftp.arturia.net/pub/update/Arturia_Plugin_Fixer.dmg)?
Did you keep your Pro-Tools version up-to-date (http://www.digidesign.com/index.cfm?navid=3&langid=100&)?

Yes, I have updated them all.
Yes, it is compatible.
No, I can't run the .dmg file, which seems to be Mac-specific. I have tried various suggested programmes to open it, none of which work.
So,a month later...
Any more ideas?

So...are you working on Mac or on PC...just asking...'cause a DMG files is indeed Mac specific...so you may have downloaded the wrong file.
Hope for you you get it running soon.
