I had moved prior to your changing the website. My old email address kevohden@comcast.net is no longer valid. how do I transfer my licenses to my current email address

I have sent several messages via the contact support page and not received any feedback. I was wondering if my requests were received. Not sure if I need to send using the old email address or new. How do I check? Any advise would be appreciated Mahalo

Your mail address gives permanent errors since Friday 24th of April.
Anyway, I just deleted the old registration, you are now able to register your MiniMg-V in your new account.

Storm3 is a bit special process: the registration and authorization are the same process.
Send me your 16-digit license number via private mail, I'll drop an eye on it.
