Title: Want to sell my AF Factory, please help me understand your licensing.

Hi,

I have purchased the Analog Factory, and although it is quite a wonderful kit, it is not what I am looking for.  I would like to sell it, though I am not sure how the license will transfer.  Can you please tell me what I need to do to ensure that the new owner will be able to register the software and use it without restriction?
