Title: Step-by-step guide to authorization process
Post by: Antoine on March 28, 2008, 09:45:26 am
[EN]
Hi everyone here,

We uploaded a step-by-step guide to the Syncrosoft authorization process:
 http://www.arturia.com/evolution/kb_upload/documents/Syncrosoft_AF2-AFE_EN_print.pdf

Be advised the license transfer from Soft-eLicenser to USB-eLicenser is unfortunately still not available, waiting for the 5.4.0 release of the Syncrosoft License Control Center. As a matter of consequence, the activation process must be done with the final computer (the DAW) temporarily connected to the Internet.

 http://www.arturia.com/evolution/kb_upload/documents/Syncrosoft%20AF2-AFE%20_FR_print.pdf

Title: No eLicenser found
Post by: MichaelA on April 20, 2008, 12:54:50 am
The instructions don't say what to do if you get the message "no eLicenser found". In this case I can't select the wizards. All are grayed out.

I'm on a 8-core Mac Pro running Leopard 10.5.2

I even upgraded to syncsoft 5.3.9.5.

...and what about the paying customers of AF 2.0 who would like to reinstall it without extra optional hardware USB?

...I do not want to purchase Syncrosoft USB ! ... does it meant that I have an option of a single software installation?  ;D   ::)

Mr. musically rip-off...be very much certain to provide your future potential buyers with very much essential information that they will need to buy additional hardware ( in this case sort of USB ) in order to renstall software they have bought, namely AF 2.0, more then once on their PC-s and provide them with that essential info as a big and visible sticker on your AF 2.0 sealed software boxes so that the clients do know of "Arturia rip off rules of ther game", and have their own chance to decide in correct time do they agree with that kind of deal or not ( and then consequently open sealed software box or not ) and not to find themselves afterwords in tricked, ripped off and no way back situation ( open software box=no money back ).

sincerely financially ripped of by Arturia

Antoine.

I no lomger have access to my initial (laptop) (paid for) installation of AFE 2.0. The USB dongle ($18 + $19 shipping) has no recollection of AFE 2.0 it appears.

Quel dommage!

Your input will be appreciated.

Yours litigiously,
HoiweB.

Adikta, here is the thread for authorization process. Your "Special Edition"  does not need to be activated. Furthermore, the correct place to ask Technical Support is here (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/kb/?View=entry&EntryID=85l).
Cordially,
Antoine.

bonjour,

http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/downloads/updates.html

http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/support/registration.html

Merci beaucoup

@Freepromethee

I am having issues reactivating my license .
I recieved help to download updated version of Analog factory for Win 7 and new Elicense.  I did but it won't accept the activation code asying that it can only activate once.
How do I get it to re activate.
Gotta say this will be the last time I buy  a product - understand the need to protect but this is crazy.
thanks you.

Hi there!

I hope any one can help me: i´ve bought Arturia Analog Factory Experience for about 2 years. For a few days i changed my pc and don´t thougt about the "once registration" of the Arturia AFE. I have formated/delet my old harddiscdrive and have forgotten to make a copy of the licencekey on an usbstick. Now i can´t start and reinstall the Arturia AFE - licencekey is already in use - So how can i get my Arturia AFE on my new installed pc running?

Thanx a lot!

Best regards, Marcel

Bonjour Antoine,

Merci d'avance!
