Title: AF 2.0 failure with Cakewalk Sonar Producer 7.0.2

I am a registered customer and own AF 1.0 - I downloaded the free upgrade to AF 2.0 and Sonar cannot see it as a VST instrument. I cannot open it as a standalone - it crashes. My original AF license is on an iLok USB key. Please advise how to get the upgrade to work. Please help as it seems as though Arturia doesn't really care about tech support or its USA customer base.
