Title: Pro tools - no signal when in record mode

Hi

I have installed Arturia Factory into Pro tools. The plug in works fine loaded into a stereo track and I can play the keyboard and get levels showing up, but when i go into record mode enabled, the signal disappears and when i hit record and play no recording takes place.

Any ideas? I'm using XP porfessional as operating system.
