Title: How can I get analog factory reloaded?

I ordered analog factory from a music store and now I want the "reloaded extra 1000 sounds. How do I get them? The site doesn't make it easy whatsoever. Do the still exist or what?

Hi i also bought and registered Analogue Factory on the 31st of Dec however when i tried to download the Reloaded update the next day the link had gone and Arturia have not replied to my emails for over 2 weeks now, very disapointed

I sent an email also and no answer. I won't buy anything more from them.
Shouldn't have to try this hard to get a question answered. Besides there's millions of synth makers out there that have a decent support system.

Well, that was nice of them. They sent me a link to download factory reloaded but told me I had to do it before Mon. The link is a "restricted area" link that you can't load. Monday will be here and gone before they even answer my email. Great!
