today i bought THE Analog Lab Download (No Pack) (210313_Down) and I haven't received the serial number and an unlock code email confirmation.
the payment was made via paypal.
NOW, WHY WOULD I BUY SOMETHING DOWNLOAD ABLE IF I COUDLN'T DOWNLOAD IT IN THAT EXACT MOMENT WHEN I RECEIVE MY PAYMENT CONFIRMATION.
already complain in 2 troubleshooting cases whiz contain a link that won't work and you guys have no phone number when i can bitch at you.
