Hey Guys,
I'm planning to buy a MiniLab but there are a few questions I have.
1. Does it come with the Analaog Lab program or I have to purchase that separately?
2. I found a video on youtube, a man using Alchemy Mobile software on iPad. So can I use the MiniLab with other midi softwares? And what are they?
3. Is it compatible with Android OS? Or only iPad and Windows and Mac? I got back to the previous question so if there's any midi software that runs on Android, why not?
4. MiniLab gets power via USB but does it have its own power cable? Or does it always use other devices energy?
5. I'm basically new to making music, is it a good one to start with?
These are the most important ones I have at the moment if you please answer them, I would really appreciate it!

What problems?
Could you (anyone) answer the other questions?

Yes its packaged with analog lab
Sorry i know nothing about mobile devices but lab runs on windows or intel mac only
Minilab is usb powered there is no external power
Analog lab works as a standalone instrument or as a plugin
It seems from your post your interested in sequencing music and not just playing a single instrument (standalone)
I can only advise on the workstation option there are lots of different ways you can start though
Workstation option (assuming your pc meets min specs)
Investigate daw demos
Learn how to import and assign virtual instruments to midi files of songs or the type of music you want to make
When your ready and want a controller so you can record notation and automation live the minilab is
bundled with analog lab that has 5000 presets so its a good choice

Many problem, you only have to look within these forums.
But let me make a small list, from own personal experience.
Poor customer support
Poor build quality
Poor implementation with Ableton
Tech support take weeks to even reply with a standard email (let alone actually dealing with your problem)

Thanks for the answers!
