Title: mis-sold products - refund please!

i bought the v-collection for my mac running osx 10.5
this is what it says on the website:

PLATFORM SPECIFICATIONS
Windows: Windows XP/Vista/Seven 32 & 64 bit
Mac OS X: Mac OS X 10.5 or higher intel only
Works in Standalone, VST 2.4 & VST 3*, 32 & 64 bit, RTAS and AU 32 & 64 bit formats

the synths then failed to install
i contacted tech support and was told that your products no longer support 10.5
therefore i am not able to use them
obviously before i bought them i checked that they would be compatible with my system
please tell me how to get a refund immediatly

I have sent the V-Coll 3 links by mail.
But note that this does not include the Analog Lab which is only 10.6 and higher compatible.

 :)
