Just got the spark dubstep drum software, but have not been successful at authorizing it. Posted an issue to your support system a few days ago, but got not response. I am on a 64 bit Windows 8 system. I have registered and received a key. I have downloaded the latest version of elicenser. I have disabled both my firewall and antivirus, yet I still get a message that it the software cannot connect with the registration server. I have dozens of other software packages on the PC that have no problem communicating with cloud based services. This is really quite frustrating, so any help will be greatly appreciated.
