Hi,
I'm currently unable to post tech support questions. I fill out the form after logging in, but do not get a confirmation email and my tech support history does not recognise that I have submitted anything.
I'm not that worried about the tech support form, but I AM concerned about my brick of a piece of hardware that won't connect to Analog Lab. Please let me know how I can talk to someone about fixing the problems I've been having. I've just gotten a MiniLab, and it does not sync with either available version of MidiControl or Analog Lab, and it does not let me update hardware drivers as per the instructions in the available manual.
Please help!

Having the same problem with support and won''t let me register my minilab so I can't download my software. Pretty ridicullous considering I just dropped $99 on this thing.

Hello, I'm having the same problem here! It says that the system will send me an email but nothing happens and my support request does not appear. It's been 3 weeks since I'm trying to get a new authorization code for my Analog Laboratory, because my old computer crashed, and I was unable to do so through the website. Can anyone help me with that?

Same problem here. I submited a support request 3 times concerning my microbrute, but got no confirmation email nor case number. Thanks for your help.

I have a different problem. I get the email, but when I try to go to the fogbugz server, safari tells me there is no such server so it doesn't connect.

I think Arturia is just broken as a company. Nothing works. Same issues from thousands of users for two years.
Are you going out of business?

i'm having the same issue - i mailed 4 times this week and have only just realised that i've never recevied an email confirming it's been sent. is this a browser issue maybe (i'm using safari) - Anyhow, my minibrute arrived broke and i need help! what is the deal with the warranty...
