Title: Mini Brute Promotion
Post by: RussellAhmed on December 09, 2013, 03:52:58 pm
Hello all!

I am about to purchase an Arturia MiniBrute in the next couple of weeks, and Arturia is running a promotion where you get 2 free software synths from the following list.

Which 2 would you choose and why? I don't want this to be about why am I getting a MiniBrute, nor should it be about getting Diva instead of the Arturia software. I'm trying to get a feeling of which 2 soft synths to get for free. I work graveyard at a small hotel, and I have time to do some sound design while there. So having some soft synths to mess around with would be cool. On to the list:

"If you purchase MiniBrute you can pick 2 software instruments in a list of 12 instruments (downloads only) : ???

ARP2600 V
CS-80 V
Jupiter 8V
Mini V
MMV

The mini Mg is the best sounding soft synth they have, so that should be your first. As for the 2nd? I'd probably say the Prophet, the mini Mg is my 'go to' softsynth, the Prophet is my 2nd. You could always download the demo and try them out. One mans gold maybe another mans rubbish.
