Title: syncrosoft key is not recognized when in hub...

I bought analog factory and it will only work when the syncrosoft key is put directly in the usb port as opposed to the hub I use for everything else. As you may imagine, I don't have an extra usb port and this is very frustrating as analog factory has no value if I can't use it.

Has anyone a solution or know about a future update of some kind that may fix this. Thanks in advance,

I went to the syncrosoft web site and downloaded the newest update and now it works. Maybe it was because I was using an intel mac. Anyway, now I'm happy.

what did you download on arturias website and where can i find it?  because i am using a intel mac too and have the same problem with the non working usb stick with an external usb hub.

please help   :oops:

ok, at first I should read your messages properly. I found the download on the syncsoft website and now everything works fine.
