Hey all,
Still not heard back from Arturia regarding a download link after buying V Collection 3.0. I purchased last night around 10pm.
When am I likely to hear from them?

I'm in the same boat. Bought on 11/22/13 and no download links.....I'm hoping the moderator of this forum can help sort this out.

AHA! As with other users in another thread, codes were in spam folder. CURSE YOU GMAIL.

I've been waiting for over a week now!! Bought the V Collection on Dec 24th. I've sent 3 emails to sales - no replies and no, the emails are not in my spam folder.
Arturia have taken the money from my bank account but haven't sent me my serial or acknowledged any of my attempts to contact them.
Have now gone past disappointment and am just pissed off. Bad form, Arturia.

No mail no donwload link...
Someone has an answer for that?

Same issue here. It's been several hours, and download codes were not in my spam folder.

Wow. Looking at Arturia's Facebook page there are people who bought V Collection as far back as December 12th who still haven't had a response about receiving their serial!!
They need to fix this ASAP. I'll have to put in a Paypal claim if this goes on for much longer. It's a shame, because I made a conscious decision to support developers by buying software and plugins, not downloading cracks...
I should add - I found the links to the download on the Arturia website. I've installed everything but without a serial I can't register, authorise and use the software.

An update for anyone with this problem:
Every day I have been checking my email inbox and spam folder with no sign of any serial or download link.
I have email forwarding set up (I use Gmail) to send multiple addresses to one inbox. It suddenly dawned on me that something might be going wrong with the forwarding (even though all my regular mail was coming through) so I logged into my other account and found about 4 emails from Arturia in the spam folder for that address.
Anyone that has email forwarding set up might like to check this out. It's pretty weird, as I don't have this problem with emails from anywhere else - they all get forwarded to my main address. For some (very annoying!) reason Arturia's serial/download link emails weren't getting forwarded, even though I'd received other emails from Arturia in the past.
So happy to have finally worked it out and to see that Arturia have been on it the whole time. Thanks guys :-* Sorry to have doubted you.

Yep, darn GMAIL! Codes were sent to my SPAM folder. Sorry, Arturia for sending you an e-mail about this!

Almost a week has passed here and nothing at all. No download links, no serial numbers, they just took €199 from my credit card for NOTHING. NO REPLY TO E-MAILS. WTF is this? Are you joking?

I just got a reply. One more thing...Why all your sales-inquiry e-mails are always reported as spam by Gmail??

Really annoying. Any download I've ordered from other companies is available immediately; serial numbers e-mailed right away. I did not expect to be waiting on Arturia; no e-mail, checked my spam folders. Very annoyed.

I think at first my emails (I use GMail) from Arturia support went into junk mail, but after a few of those, then then they started arriving in my regular inbox.
Not sure why. :-\
But I have it all installed now, and it's working fine :)
