Title: Can't activate my Jupiter

Hi,

I logged onto this main site to get my code as I've installed my Jupiter in my new PC .
But my account doesn't have my details ..
Now I'm not sure if I used a different email address originally , as when I first registered it that was 4-5yrs ago now..

How can I get my code to authorize my synth please...
I got it As a buy 1get 1free, a ticket with a with the purchased item..

I've found my email activation code & licence code .. I used to use the syncrasoft dongle.

Wot do I do please ?..

I guess that you may need to transfer the old authorization

If you don't have it, contact the support.

Also a good place to go is In your account there is a "activation troubleshooting" button, click on it, in the page that will open there is a FAQ for this.
