Title: Purchased V Collection. Recieved Nothing.

Hello.

I just purchased the V Collection for download, and have not received an email for a download link, activation code, or even instructions about what I'm supposed to do. The only email I received was my receipt.

I've been looking forward to purchasing this for weeks, so I'm very frustrated.

And I can't even contact customer support because after about ten tries, I think it's safe to say that the "anti-spam code" simply does not work. Very frustrating. Was this a $400 scam?
