Title: Scrolling through presets

I've noticed that when using the wheel to scroll through projects that unless you start at the very beginning it stops working and sometimes just starts over again at the top of the drop down list at 80s Vintage drums.  If I jump right to the middle of the list I can't scroll forward or backward.  Is this because I'm in a different bank?  Was this fixed in 1.7?  Please fill me in. ??? :)

If you do not have installed 1.7 version, I recommend you to do it.
Preset browser have been greatly improved.
