Hi,
I purchased the Spark EDM expansion pack for my new SparkLE yesterday but besides an email confirming my order I did not receive a code nor download link.
In the order confirmation mail there was a link to my invoice but I couldn't open that since the webshop did not create an account for me automatically. I made an account with the email I purchased with but obviously there's no invoice or download to be found anywhere.
Arturia, your website is one of the worst I have ever seen. I had to make 3 accounts (an account where I can see activation details, a webshop account, one for the forum) and I probably have a 4th made by the webshop on my first online purchase that I don't have any login details for.
If I don't receive my product in a timely fashion I will be ringing the bank to initiate a chargeback.
I am very disappointed in your poor website and service.
