Title: ATP does not work as a standalone - only with other software or as a VST
Post by: cabguy on July 10, 2013, 09:56:20 pm
Hi, today I bought an ATP and successfully installed the software "Analog Player" to my MacBook Pro. Everything worked well so far, only the keyboard is not recognized with the software itself once launched as a standalone. Strange enough, it _does_ work as a VST in Cubase (6.5). And it works with other software, such as HALion Sonic, NanoStudio, Garage Band.
I have as well installed Arturia MiniLab on my MAC - as changing to this software, "The Player" is being recognized on screen, but not a single tone can be launched. Please give me a hint, how I can get my hardware to work with its assigned software.
Thank you for any answer, Cabguy

Did you ever find a fix?

I just received the Player 25 in the mail and was so excited to get it up and running.
It works GREAT in LOGIC as an AU, and the hardware keyboard controls all of the built-in LOGIC synths with no problem.

But it will not work as a stand alone program. I switched USB cables, reset the keyboard, restarted the computer and nothing. I can trigger sounds with the mouse, but not the hardware keyboard.

PLEASE HELP!!!
