Title: origin keyboard

To the ceo and origin production staff at arturia. I have tried 3 times to get this wonderful sounding origin keyboard. First one destroyed by ups in shipping.  Second one locked up after 5 minutes and keys were uneven. Third one blue light on back did not work and it locked up intermittently. I really appreciate your efforts with this product but it has been a nightmare for me and my company. Could some please send me a unit that works.

This is a complex situation and we are sorry for your unfortunate experience.
I can provide you RMA and we will see this situation in our Service center.
