Anyone from Arturia...
I have been trying to contact your company for assistance in getting an Auth # to use the product I purchased.
I have tried to enter the Serial # AND Unlock done on the website, and it says it's Invalid!
Unfortunately, I will have to return the item to my vendor, as it's useless to me right now,
Help!

I have the same problem. After registering and providing my unlock code, the step that was supposed to provide the authorization code did not provide one.
