all 3 of my arturia products don't work properly .
i just got the spark and the metrodome doesn't work at all .
sounds r not playing in playback but sound off buy pad only.
my analog experience has a volume issue on start up and as for my Mg vst it has the same issue I have waited six months and have received no tech support.
I can not express how upset and disappointed I am with arturia and there products.
I would say that arturia is a joke but the joke's on me for buying there products again.
All my arturia products have too many issues to list! Maybe one day there tech support will fix these problems but I know that is not going to happen. How can I support a company that does not support their customers and their products.
Arturia needs to get it together.Why have tech support if they are non existent.
Tech support has responded and fixed only one of my many problems.
I don't have any faith in arturia's products.

Arturia i am setting here with the spark and the arturia laboratory 49 keyboard and they
both! DO NO WORK! .
i bought these products with your name on them and at this point they are paper weights .
and nothing agents the tec support but i don't think they can fix my problems and they shouldn't have to the products should work out the box .
arturia you have let me down as a fan,customer and musician .
all i ask is fix my products or do the right thing buy your customer.
you do not know what it is like to set hear with 2 arturia products i bout in front of me and they both! DO NO WORK! .
this is way to wrong and now i am stressed out and upset because of you arturia! and i know thats not how you want your customer to fill so can we get this pass us and make everybody happy . everybody happy is you selling me products that work and me back to the once raving fan,customer i once was.
man i just won't to use my gear to make great music is that to much to ask after all i did pay for them Arturia .

I have the laboratory 49, and was having some similar issues, but am up an running now. If I may be of help, I'll be glad to.
Can you tell me what DAW you are using, and what audio interface?
I'll do my best to share with you what I found success doing in Sonar 8 Producer Edition, creating Track Templates to ensure continuity in routing.
Also, if you can share what operating system, you have, that would be helpful too.
Tell me what the specific challenge is that you are facing and I will try to assist you as best as I can.
