Title: using the experience with pro tools

Alright, so I've installed everything, and can play it stand alone... I can use the controller for other midi plug ins on pro tools, and I can open the Factory plug in on pro tools, but then the controller doesn't work anymore! What's going on here? please help.

is it only for the factory or this problem also happens on another plug-in?
