Title: INVALID CODES

Hi there,

I just recently purchased the Analog Player and am experiencing problems trying to authorize my device for use much like many other customers on here. Upon entering the Serial Number and Unlock Code I am given an error message saying that the number is already registered. I have sent an email with a photo of my product information card and am hoping to resolve this issue in a timely manner. If I do not hear back from anyone in the next two weeks I'll be returning my product.
