Title: Pitch Wheel Issue - Full Octave is not a Full Octave

When I set the pitch wheel range to an octave up (or down), it does not go up an octave, it's flat by less than a semitone. How to fix this?

it is a known issue, is supposed to be fixed in an upcoming update.

mine is ok now. so it is  problem that comes and goes. hopefully will be corrected in the next os update.
