Title: Issue with Cubase 7.0.2
Post by: lilo on February 26, 2013, 05:25:12 pm
The extra panel of the Oberheim SEM V (1.1.5) is not working properly with Cubase 7 (OS X 10.8 ). The Keyboard Follow section is opened by default, but when clicking on 8-Voice Programmer or Modulation Matrix, nothing happens, the panels do not open. Same thing for Delay and Chorus we cannot activate. This is a major issue, hope it'll get fixed soon.

Hi

Could you please tell me if you are using Cubase 7.0.2 32 or 64 bit ?
Do yu encounter this issue in the other mode ?
Do you encounter this issue in any other host or version of Cubase?

@Adrien:
- issue exists in 32bits and 64bits modes (I was using 32 bits initially but just tried the 64bits version and same issue)
- there is no such issue with Logic 9.

To describe further the issue: the extra panel is not totally unfunctional, we can turn on/off the various pages (overdrive, chorus...) by clicking the on/off button, we can edit the graph in the Keyboard Follow page, but it seems the animation used to switch pages is not working, so we cannot open the Chorus page for example (same for any other page not open by default)

Here is an update: I have tried on another Mac and don't have the problem. Difference was that I installed the plug-ins *after* Cubase, on the Mac where this was not working I installed the plug-in *before* Cubase. So I went to the Mac where there was the problem, re-installed the plug-in, changed Cubase to 32 bits mode, and now I don't have the problem anymore. Note that I sill had the problem in 64 bits mode, after re-install but before moving to 32 bits. I have also upgraded to Cubase 7.0.3 but this alone didn't solve the issue.

Hi

this is pretty strange but interesting.
The only thing that I've been able to reproduce yet is the GUI being partially gery/white when opening/closing the top panel which is fixed in the upcomming version.
You can send me a pm if you want to join.

If I an't reproduce this bug soon i will release the version 1.1.6 anyway. An then we can see if that changes something, if not It will have to wait until I can reproduce it. probably for 1.1.7.
