Title: my spark wont turn on after the upadate help asap

Hi I've updated the spark with the 1.5 update and now it won't turn back on .I've tryed a different USB port and nothing , all I get is blue flash on the screen ,I have tryed a power supply aswell still nothing , its on a Windows xp laptop .helpme asap I have only had it a few days ,not good man

Hi I have sent you a email aswell , and I am still waiting please could you help out asap I ve only had it a few days and hardly used it  ,I am getting frustrated and much help , thank you
