Title: Amplification Envelope problem
Post by: foon on February 23, 2013, 05:05:18 am
Hello I've had my Minibrute for about 3 weeks and recently I've noticed that the amp envelope is completely unresponsive and only emits sound when the sustain fader is above minimal. I noticed that if I turn the sustain fader down my minibrute is hardly audible and no longer works even when I turn it back up requiring me to turn it off and on to get any sound at all. From what I can tell the attack, decay  and release faders are not responsive. How can I solve this problem? A week ago my minibrute was fine. Can I open the unit up and fix it myself or do I have to send this back to Arturia? if so how?

Thank you for your time.

You might want to check the back of your MiniBrute and make sure you didn't get switched over to "Hold" mode... it should be in "KBD" mode.  What you are describing sounds suspiciously like Hold mode (of course, could be other things, but at least check that)
