I have an error with the e-licenser software that states my key is damaged. I reported the incident (including key lic no, etc) and have gotten no response after submitting a request and a follow up email.
As I have had several clients purchase Arturia products it is disturbing to think they might be put in a similar situation.
There doesn't appear to be any telephone support contact and I am in a bad spot.
