Title: Unlock code ISSUES - HELP NEEDED!

I recently passed my arturia The Player onto another user and we can't get it to register with his equipment.

I emailed for support using the contact form days and days ago and haven't had a response.  Serial number and unlock code are here.

SN: 0724-4008-5407-2172
Unlock Code: 74F8009D

Can I get some support please Arturia?
