Title: MIDI Control Center does not recognize keyboard
Post by: segesta on January 03, 2013, 06:49:14 pm
My Analog Player is correctly attached to my computer (for example, I can play the standalone Player software etc) but the MIDI Control Center tool says "The keyboard has not been detected." This comes after the startup pop up that says "Keyboard and software synchronized", so that's ironic.

I've also done the usual turn on/off keyboard and MCC in different orders that seems to work with other Arturia problems, but no success.

Any advice?

First, try to reset the keyboard by clicking on '+' and '-' at the same time and Power up.
I guess that what you tried.

Second, check in the "Stand Alone mode"
==> File/ Audio & Midi Preferences
==> Activ Midi Input Section
Insure you that the keyboard is Well checked.
Third, Send a support ticket and PM me the Ticket number, I will see with your system configuration.

Any advice?

Hi segesta (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/smf/index.php?action=profile;u=26596),

just a hint from my side.

Make sure you don't have any other applications (i.e. standalone version, DAW, etc.) opened when using the MCC!
The hardware can only be connected to one application at a time.

Best regards,

Manuel
