I am trying to purchase the v3 upgrade with the discount code supplied to me in my user account area to no avail. I have copied and pasted the number as well as manually typed it. It keeps telling me "no reduction currently available, please see coupon restrictions".

There was a technical error with some coupons, but the situation is back to normal at this time, so you can try it again.

It's Dec. 22, and my coupon code is not redeeming for V3 collection.

same here. contacted support several times. they didn't really help. just told me to do, what i already tried like a hundred times. no reaction on the error messages i got:
*** No reduction currently available, please see the coupon restrictions***
two questions:
why send a coupon if it doesn't fit to me?
where are the restrictions?

I haven't had this problem using my code but had an error accessing the Paypal website.
Once I got logged into Paypal there was no discount applied and I no longer have the code available >:( and it's the last day of the offer.

This sucks because I wanted to get it too.

I too have not been able to cross grade. Put my first ticket (Case 120523) in 12/31/2012. My code still doesn't work. Oh, and I have had no response other than an automated "received your ticket" notification. Also - my error message says, ***No reduction currently available, please see the coupon restrictions*** even the code is supposed to be good through 1/7/2013 BUT... if i change a letter in the discount code the error message says, " Invalid Coupon Code"

I also couldnt get my code to work..Tried for a week over xmas..I gave up in the end which is a shame..
