I believe that was done on an Oberheim....Speaking of which is Arturia going to create an Oberheim OBX-XA-B8 package any time soon?

Oberheim license is owned by Gibson, and apparently, they want to keep it for them...

The lead sound was origanily played on a Oberheim 8-Voice (Oberheim SEM) in the studio and live, as was the Rez sound at the start of the song.
The Rez sound was later used by Oberheim in the factory pre-sets of the OB-X, OB-Sx, OB-Xa & the OB-8 and wass called 'Rush Rezz'.

Yes, if you want a nice virtual Oberheim sound, don't look further. OPX Pro is very good.

I also have the OP-X, both as stand alone and as part of the VM-Bundle in my SM Pro V-Machine, and can state that it is just as good as the real thing (which I have).
