Title: Sibilants very audible even when no key is pressed
Post by: Jason Stern on January 08, 2023, 06:30:47 pm
Loving the Vocoder plugin - but struggling with one issue.  Am hosting it in live (tried AU and VST3) and when feeding it a mic signal, I can hear sibilants poking through quite loudly even when no key is pressed on the keyboard.  I would expect that when no key is pressed, you wouldn't hear the modulator signal (mic in this case).   Please advise!

Hi,

This is a really important feature for us who want use this on stage! Nothing should come through when no keys are pressed. Please add that option if it isn't there already.
