I have experienced some unwanted clicking and popping noises on some presets and have seen others look for solutions to fix this. I find these noises mostly come on presets that have their Poly set to 8 or lower. A lot of the Factory Rom sounds, like the famous EP sounds, would suffer from clicks and pops when I would play them, but when I turned the Poly up to 32, they would disappear. Same with the Bass 1 preset, I would find that would click a lot until I turned it from Mono to Poly and upped the count from 8 to 32. The limitations of the old hardware maybe didn't produce these unwanted noises as they are in the software versions, or if they did, maybe they were more noise friendly.
