Is arturia going out of business? If you look at the forums, many of them are very old dates; posts on social media are old; the videos on yt for training are very outdated. What's the deal? Why aren't there more up to date training vids or manuals on using your amazing equipment? So I figured either you're going out of business - OR - you really don't care about the customers buying your products enough to show real up to date training vids?
Does anyone else feel left out in the weeds?

I've had a horrible time with their customer support and in the end gave up in despair. If that is any thing to go by, then yes I would think the same.
For anyone interested in how customer support should not be done, I wrote about my experience --> https://millieons.org/reviews/arturia

Yes it appears they are struggling. Here we are three months after the release of Ventura, yet no compatibility is on the horizon. An inquiry with support resulted in a non-answer. It would seem that the cost of using Arturia products now includes having an un-upgraded machine left on Monterey to run their software.
